This section tells you how to make a return and request a refund
Purchases made on this site are governed by the Italian law on mail order and distance selling. If you made a mistake in placing an order or you have received an item that you did not want, or which you are not satisfied with, you have 14 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility to return the product and be refunded (the amount incurred for delivery is considered excluded).
The withdrawal can be exercised in the following ways:
- registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the attention of Clarion-Living srl at the following address: Piazza Martiri della Libertà, 4 – 28100 Novara (NO) – Italy
- e-mail to the address: info@clarion-living.com which must be followed by communication of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
Since the product is worn to cover the nose and mouth, it must never have been used, as well as being returned perfectly intact and properly packaged in its original packaging and all its accessories.
The refund will be made within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the product (Article 54 of the Consumer Code).
