Definition and subject of the contract

These general terms and conditions are an integral part of any proposal, purchased order and purchased order confirmation of the products marketed by Clarion Living s.r.l. in force on the date the order is placed.
All the prices of the published products are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the products, where this is different from the Country of origin, Italy, which will be charged to the Customer.
Clarion Living reserves the right to change the price of the products, at any time, even without notice, and states that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the website at the time the order is placed and that it will not be charged with any subsequent changes of the price, except for increases imposed by law in relation to taxes, duties, duties and / or events beyond the control of Clarion Living srl.
